Our CIT program is geared toward those in high school as well as students entering their 8th grade year. This is a volunteer position, but they will serve together with our paid college staff and learn first hand what it takes to be a great future staff member. This one of a kind community that builds long lasting relationships as they serve together in the kitchen, in the cabin, on various work crews, and in our evening programs just like our summer staff!
