HIgh school retreat
We are so excited for BGCC's Annual High School Retreat, December 5-7, 2025!
This event is open to all current 9th-12th graders.
The High School Retreat is a weekend getaway at Blue Grass Christian Camp, specifically designed for current high school students.
It’s the perfect mid-winter break filled with laughter, worship, and time to reconnect with God and friends.Enjoy a weekend packed with fun activities, including an off-site trip on Saturday, Christmas family photos around camp, a Silent Disco, great food, and powerful worship sessions.The weekend is led by some of our older summer staff from 711, Tribal, and Native: camp counselors who love BGCC, love Jesus, and can’t wait to pour into students while having tons of fun together.
Arrival is 6:30 p.m. on Friday evening
Departure is noon on Sunday
Retreat is $110 per camper (plus tax).

Tanner Fouts
Tanner Fouts has been part of Blue Grass Christian Camp for the last nine years and is a co-founder of Native. He absolutely loves camp, especially watching a group of strangers come together to build lasting memories and friendships while deepening their relationship with God in new ways.
Tanner has spent the past 18 years working with middle school students and currently serves as the Middle School Pastor at First Alliance Church in Lexington, KY.
When he’s not at camp, Tanner is usually off on an adventure or spending time with family and friends. You might hear a story or two about how he’s “the worst,” but only some of it will be true. :)
